Jack Porter is a senior consultant for Conservation Land Stewardship, LLC.
He has over 42 years of experience in planning, design, and construction management for recreational, commercial, industrial, residential, and planned unit developments. He also has hands-on experience in projects involving entitlement, financing, land development, construction, marketing, property management, and land stewardship. During his early career, he was the director of planning and design for the Lake County Forest Preserve District.
Prior to joining Conservation Land Stewardship, LLC., Mr. Porter was managing partner of LandKeepers, LLC., a restoration and property management company in the Chicago area that specialized in the management, monitoring, and maintenance of natural open spaces for homeowner associations, government entities, and individual clients. While in this role, he enjoyed his most recent success as the developer of The Sanctuary of Bull Valley, a 300-acre award winning conservation-designed community in Woodstock, Illinois.
